Humility might seem like an unusual trait for leaders to embrace. Often misconstrued as weakness, true humility is, in fact, a mark of strength and a cornerstone of effective leadership. In my career, many a times people have taken my kindness for weakness. But should I change my basic trait? A question which has pondered in my mind for long. And finally the conclusion – Never. From my humble beginnings in a small town to heading the world’s greatest training organization now, humility is a trait which I have never let go off.
